At Home with LimeLite: 2608 South Ferdinand!

September 24, 2015

After living in an apartment in Seattle, Emily and her husband were ready for their own space and their first home. They had been looking for a home that required minimal maintenance with a short commute to downtown, which can be difficult to find affordably in Seattle.

After 3.5 months, browsing 1000+ listings on the Internet, and visiting 25 different homes, they decided to put in an offer on our LimeLite home! She said that “it had everything on our list and we kept comparing every house to the LimeLite house. We didn’t know we could afford a green home, let alone a new home.”

Their favorite feature of the home is the rooftop deck, followed by the kitchen and the careful attention to detail throughout. The neighborhood was also a huge selling point for this couple, as the home is situated on a private lane full of single-family homes in a diverse community. In due time, they plan to customize paint and a few material finishes to truly make the home their own.

When asked about their experience working with LimeLite, Emily discussed how positive their entire experience was and how everything was explained to them in great detail, and adapted to the couple’s timeline.

She will definitely recommend LimeLite to a friend as “the house is amazing, you can tell it was built with love and they really care about the details. They fixed more than I even asked for and I know the home is going to last forever visually and functionally.” Their home inspector also noted that it was the “most well-built home he had seen all summer.”

At LimeLite Development we understand it is our clients that make our work possible. With each new home we build, we honor our commitment to bettering the community and satisfying our customers.
